Filipe leads engagements across the firm's full range of work – from investment cases and due diligence to asset creation, post-deal integration, strategic plans and transformation – for investors, digital infrastructure companies, telecom operators and technology companies across Iberia, Europe and Latin America.

Before First Road Partners he was Partner at Kearney, where he rebuilt the TMT practice for Iberia and Latin America and created the firm's European digital infrastructure vertical. Earlier, Principal at Booz & Company and Senior Manager at Oliver Wyman, both in their TMT practices.

Colin works on how data centres, cloud and B2B businesses go to market – market entry, commercial strategy, sales transformation and commercial due diligence. He has done this in the UK, across Europe and internationally.

He was Managing Director of CloudFirst, establishing the EMEA operation and redesigning the global go-to-market strategy ahead of its sale. Before that, Regional Sales Director at Digital Realty, running teams across Amsterdam, Dublin, Frankfurt, London and Paris for hyperscale, cloud and enterprise customers, and Head of Sales at BT Global Services.

Marisa works on corporate strategy and on the governance side of TMT businesses – strategic direction, digital transformation, commercial and marketing leadership, and the questions that reach a board or an investment committee. She brings the perspective of someone who has sat on both sides of that table, in Spain and internationally.

She is Independent Chairperson at Adamo Telecom, leading its board and investment committees, and was an Independent Director at Cellnex through the company's international expansion. Earlier, Executive Committee member, CSO and CQO at Telefónica España, and CEO of Terra España.

Pedro works on networks and the technology underneath them – network strategy, large-scale deployment, technical due diligence, IT and digital transformation, and the operational questions that decide whether an infrastructure plan is deliverable. He has done this across Europe and Latin America, in fixed, mobile and pan-European backbone environments.

He was CTIO of Oi in Brazil, responsible for network and services engineering, IT, operations and security. Before that, Head of Engineering at Portugal Telecom, where he led one of Europe's early FTTH GPON deployments and a nationwide 4G/LTE rollout, and CTO and VP Engineering at Ebone / KPNQwest, building one of the first pan-European 10Gbps IP/WDM networks across 20 countries.

Pablo works on two things: bringing merged businesses together, and running the commercial side of a telecom operator. Integration design and execution, commercial strategy and growth, and the customer and digital transformation that goes with both. He has led these agendas across Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Latin America.

He ran the integration office for the Orange–Jazztel merger, designing and executing the integration roadmap. He spent a decade as Chief Commercial, Digital and Customer Executive at Orange Spain, and more recently held the same remit at Nowo in Portugal, after senior commercial roles at MediTelecom and Terra-Movistar.

Carlos works on infrastructure assets and how they are run – towerco and fibreco strategy, network operations and deployment, asset management, opex optimisation, and the operational and due diligence questions behind infrastructure M&A. He has done this across Spain, Germany and Latin America.

He was founding Managing Director of Telxius Spain, leading the operational development and growth of the towerco business, and Operations Director at UGG in Germany, responsible for the engineering, deployment, commissioning and maintenance of its fibre networks. Earlier, Operations Director and Transport Network Director at Telefónica España.

Paco works on network strategy and on building telecom operations – network evolution and transformation, technical due diligence, new product development, and M&A and investment advisory. He has done this across Spain and Latin America, including running an operator himself.

At Telefónica España he was Director of Network Strategy, Planning and Technology, launching FTTH, LTE and DWDM optical mesh networks, and Director of Internet and Broadband Products. He was also CEO of Telefónica Centroamérica, building the operator from scratch across two countries to more than $200m in revenue and 600 employees.

Enrique works where networks meet regulation – wholesale strategy and commercial models, regulatory and policy questions, network deployment, and the integration of acquired networks. He has applied that combination across Europe and Latin America, in both operator and advisory roles.

He was an Executive Committee member at Telefónica España, responsible for wholesale business and regulation. Earlier, CTO for infrastructure development, leading the transition of Telefónica's networks to broadband, and an infrastructure executive at Telefónica Internacional USA and Atento Holding USA in Latin America.
